Scope of Services, Part B. Additional Services, Item No. 8 Sanitary Sewer Cleaning and Video is amended to include additional Sanitary Sewer Cleaning and Video work. Original Contract's Exhibit "A", Section 3. Fees, Summary of Fees is amended as specified in Exhibit "B ". All other terms and conditions of the September 15, 2009 contract between the City and Engineer, and of any amendments to that contract, which are not specifically addressed herein shall remain in full force and effect. To SPID City of Corpus Christi Project No. 6463 CRO Job No. 20212c Dear Mr. Biles, We were recently requested to prepare an amendment to the referenced contract for the following tasks associated with the Buckingham Force Main: Surveying services related to a sign encroachment on a City utility easement (U.E.). The sign, located at the strip center near the Yorktown and Cimarron Boulevards intersection, was constructed in the U.E. designated for the Buckingham Lift Station 18" Force Main. The survey proved that the developer's survey was incorrect. The following tasks are associated with this Amendment No. 2: • Meet with City personnel to review the problem. • Onsite meetings regarding the construction options. • Review the record plat of strip developer's property and plats of adjoining properties. • Field crew work to ascertain on- the - ground boundary conditions. • Office work and calculation from field work. • Prepare a pladexhibit defining boundary and U.E. • Meet with City Staff to outline findings. The Natal amount of the Amendment is $15,100.00 as shown in the breakdown on Attachment "A". The manhour and fee analysis for the Amendment is shown in Attachment "8 ".
