Bear Lane — Old Brownsville Rd. To SPID
City of Corpus Christi Project No. 6463
CRO Job No. 20212c
Dear Mr. Biles,
We were recently requested to prepare an amendment to the referenced contract for the following
tasks associated with the Buckingham Force Main:
Surveying services related to a sign encroachment on a City utility easement (U.E.). The sign,
located at the strip center near the Yorktown and Cimarron Boulevards intersection, was
constructed in the U.E. designated for the Buckingham Lift Station 18" Force Main. The survey
proved that the developer's survey was incorrect.
The following tasks are associated with this Amendment No. 2:
• Meet with City personnel to review the problem.
• Onsite meetings regarding the construction options.
• Review the record plat of strip developer's property and plats of adjoining properties.
• Field crew work to ascertain on- the - ground boundary conditions.
• Office work and calculation from field work.
• Prepare a pladexhibit defining boundary and U.E.
• Meet with City Staff to outline findings.
The Natal amount of the Amendment is $15,100.00 as shown in the breakdown on Attachment
"A". The manhour and fee analysis for the Amendment is shown in Attachment "8 ".
If you have any questions or require additional information, please give me a call 361- 991 -8550
