SCOPE OF SERVICES PART B. ADDITIONAL SERVICES ITEM NO. 12 TRAVEL LANE RECONFIGURATION shall be amended to include additional Travel Lane Reconfiguration Services as shown on the attached Amendment No.3, Exhibit "A ". In the original contract, SECTION 4. FEES shall be modified as shown on the attached Amendment No. 3, Exhibit "B" for a revised fee not to exceed $49,100.00 Fort -Nine Thousand One Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents) for a total restated fee not to exceed $573,823.00 Six Hundred Seventy-Three Thousand Elciht Hundred Twent -Three Dollars and Zero Cents). Additional Services. 12. Travel Lane Reconfiguration. The AIE will: A. Provide additional design for a three -lane roadway with two travel lanes and continuous left turn lane. Other improvements include: curb and gutter, sidewalks, ADA curb ramps, lane striping and pavement markings, and street lighting. This project will also include a bike path. B. Attend a meeting to discuss scope of work and services to be provided. C. Provide an alternate traffic control plan for constructing the three lane roadway. D. Provide revised typical sections for three -lane roadway. E. Provide any updated utility plan sheets required due to the revised traffic control plan. F. Provide additional Storm Water design for the future expansion of Wooldridge Road_ Provide additional design for affected inlets and manholes. G. Provide additional street design for a three -lane roadway. H. Provide any additional design required for ADA improvements for a three -lane roadway. 1. Provide additional design for pavement striping on a three -lane roadway including project sign layout. J. Provide additional design for Storm Water Pollution Plans for a three -lane roadway. K. Provide additional coordination with City Operating Departments & Engineering Services including interim review meetings. N. Attend a coordination meeting with the Contractor to discuss the scope of work for a three -lane roadway. Q. Prepare a change order to reflect any additions or savings in the contract price. R. Provide additional coordination with TxDot for the proposed improvements in the Wooldridge and Rodd Field Road intersection. S. Provide additional coordination for reconfiguration of traffic signals at the Wooldridge and Rodd Field intersection for the three -lane roadway. T.
