The added location for CDBG Residential Area Phase 11 is approximately 2630 linear feet of five foot sidewalk with approximately 6 curb ramps located on Flour Bluff Drive from South Padre Island Drive to Sunbird Street. This amendment would provide funds for topographical survey of the area and design of sidewalk and curb ramps. This amendment also addresses an increase to the original and amended contract to augment funding for the redesign and topographical survey for the CDBG Residential Area Phase I locations on Live Oak Drive, as redesign and additional topographical survey is required due to revisions to the desired sidewalk locations. A total additional engineering fee of $12,335.00 will be needed for the design and topographical surveys included in this Contract Amendment No. 2. The following are the proposed changes to the original, executed contract. 1. Scope of Services: The Scope of Services has been revised to include the design of 2630 additional linear feet of five foot sidewalk and six curb ramps; as well as the detailed topographical survey of approximately 3130 linear feet for four to five foot sidewalks, AMD.
