Temporary Access & Construction Easement

KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF NUECES §
THAT, the City of Corpus Christi, a Texas Home Rule municipal corporation ("Corpus Christi ")
of 1201 Leopard, Corpus Christi, Nueces. County, Texas 78401, in consideration of One Dollar and
no cents ($1.00), and other good and valuable consideration, paid by The Texas A &M University —
System ( "TAMUS "), John B. Connally Bldg., 6 Floor, 301 Tarrow, College Station, Brazos
County, Texas 77840 -7896, for the use and benefit of Texas A &M University --- Corpus Christi,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has conveyed, and does convey unto TAMUS, its
successors and legal representatives, the free and uninterrupted use, liberty, privilege, and easement of
going in, on, over, under and along a certain tract of land situated in Nueces County, Texas, and
being described as follows:
A map showing the location of the TEMPORARY ACCESS &
CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT is attached and incorporated as
Exhibit A. ( "Premises ")
SPECIAL PROVISIONS: None
Together with the free ingress, egress and regress to and for TAMUS for the purpose of construction
and maintenance of a dirt berm and subsequent landscaping within the subject Prenuses. TAMUS is
responsible for all construction and landscaping costs.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, ALL AND SINGULAR, the rights and privileges aforesaid to
TAMUS, its successors, legal representatives and assigns, for use as a Temporary Access &
Construction Easement for so long as used for such purpose. This Access & Temporary Construction
Easement is granted for a term not to exceed 12 twelve months beginning on March 19 2012 and
ending on March 18. 2013
