Re: Letter Agreement to Extend Interlocal Agreement for Information Technology
Support for additional year
Dear Mr.-P�,
Po Box 9277 Section 8 of the current Interlocal Agrement for Information Technology Support
Corpus Christi ("Agreement') contains a provision that the Agreement "may be renewed annually by

The purpose of this Letter Agreement is to extend the term of the Agreement for one
additional year in compliance with Section 8 of the Agreement. Please indicate by
your signature below your agreement to extend the term of the Agreement for one
additional year.
Please keep one original of this Letter Agreement for your records, and return the
other signed original to the City of Corpus Christi, Attention of Mr. Michael
Armstrong, Director of Municipal Information Systems, 1201 Leopard Street, Corpus
Christi, Texas 78401.
