Together with the free ingress, egress, and regress to and for the Grantee, all for the purpose of erecting, constructing, installing, laying, replacing, servicing, repairing, using, inspecting, reconstructing, modifying, removing, operating and maintaining temporary streets and appurtenances upon said Premises for the public use by foot, with automobiles, carts, carriages, and all other vehicles and all other means of transportation necessary or convenient at all times and in all seasons in, along, and upon said Premises.
