SCOPE OF WORK shall be modified by the addition of the following scope: Scope of Work is revised to include additional Basic Services and Additional Services as specified in Exhibit "A ". In the Original Contract, Section 5. FEE shall be modified by the attached Summary of Fees as shown in the attached Exhibit A -1 for an additional fee not to exceed $27,320.00 (in figures) Twenty Seven Thousand Three Twenty Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents (in words) for a total restated fee not to exceed $936,170.00 (in figures) Nine Hundred Thirty Six Thousand One Hundred Sevent Dollars and Zero Cents (in words). All other terms and conditions of the January 11, 2011 contract between the City and Consultant and of any amendments to that contract which are not specifically addressed herein shall remain in full force and effect. Igo. 04 This Amendment to Landscape Architectural Design Senfices Agreement (the "Amendment ") is entered into as of this 3rd day of October 2012 by and between the City of Corpus Christi' ( "Client ") and RVi ( "Consultant "). I. RECITALS A. Client and Consultant have entered into that certain Agreement for Landscape Architectural Design Services for Oso Creek / Oso Bay Area Park Master Plan dated as of January 11, 2011 (the "Original Agreement ") and desire to amend the Original Agreement. R. Except as expressly modified by this Amendment, the Original Agreement rernains unchanged and in full force and effect, Ilr AGREEMENT A. The parties agree that the SCOPE, of the Original Agreement, is hereby amended by adding the following: Design of waterline extension. B. The parties agree that the BASIC SERVICES, of the Original Agreement, is hereby amended by adding the following: 1. Design o f Waterline Extension CONSULTANT shall design a 2 ,200 linear feet waterline extension in a utility easement located on the City's property and adjacent to the future right -of - way of Oso Parkway, The proposed waterline extension will be designed from the connection point with the waterline servicing the Oso Park to Holly Road. The waterline design shall include the crossing of the Wooldridge Place Tributary and connection to the existing waterline in Holly Road. The COnStruetion plans prepared by the Consultant shall be incorporated into the overall Dso Parr Improvements Plans. As such, incidental sheets such as a Cover Sheet or General Notes Sheet are not included in this task, The City shall provide the geotechnical investigation and testing services specified by the Consultant; and - City shall provide access to the subject property. 2. The parties agree that the COMPENSATION of the Original Agreement, is hereby amended by adding the following: 1. The Client agrees to pay the Consultant the following lump sum fees For each phase of the Project described in the Basic Services section. Fees for Basic Services will be billed monthly based on percent of work complete for each phase of the Project plus reimbursable costs. The fees assume no substantial change in scope of the Project or services. 2.
