Task 1. Funding Plan Briefings, Task 2. Executive Committee /Destination Bayfront Committee Meetings, Task 3. City Council Subcommittee Update shall be amended to include additional services as shown on the attached Amendment No. 5, Exhibit "A ". In the original contract, EXHIBIT "D ", SUMMARY OF FEES shall be amended as described in the attached Amendment No. 2 Exhibit "A" for a revised fee not to exceed $39,650,00 (Thirty Nine Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Dollars and Zero Cents), for a total restated fee not to exceed $1,495,787.50 (One Million Four Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Seven Dollars and Fifty Cents). Shoreline Boulevard and Park Streetscape Coordination - $23,800 The Hargreaves Associates Team will provide the following services: Review HDR 60% Shoreline Blvd Drawings for design coordination and intent and provide written or redline comments Meet with City staff and HDR to review street and park coordination items, including limit of work for each project, below grade utilities and utility connections to park, crosswalks and curb ramps, parking area connections to park, drainage and storm water management, paving, lighting and planting Develop park -side Streetscape drawings for coordination purposes:' o Preliminary streetscape layout drawings at 1 " =30 or greater, including pedestrian paths, ADA accessibility, bike lanes, trees and planting areas, park lighting and furnishings. o Enlargement plans of above where more detail is needed at 1 " =10' o Preliminary planting and pavement details for any areas adjacent to curbs or Shoreline Blvd limit of work Fee breakdown: Hargreaves Associates - $22,300 Naismith Engineering - $1,500 Task 2. Coastal Projects - $25,300 The Hargreaves Associates Team will provide the following services relating to the Pier, Marina Basin / Breakwater improvements, and Beach Ramp and Terraces: EXHIBIT "A" Page 9 of 2 Meet with City Dept. of Engineering and City's USAGE representative to discuss project scope, site conditions, necessary fieldwork, permits, and timeframe Prepare preliminary plans and sections for this meeting that include proposed extent of demolition, dredging / filling, and new construction including walls and piers Fee breakdown: Hargreaves Associates - $22,300 Naismith Engineering- $1,500 NRG - $1,500 Team reimbursable expenses for a 1 person trip to Corpus Christi may be covered by the existing reimbursable expense budget.
