SCOPE OF ENGINEERING SERVICES, PART A. BASIC SERVICES, shall be amended to include supplemental Basic Services, as specified on the attached Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "A -1 ". EXHIBIT "A ", SECTION 3. Box 9277 Corpus Christi, TX 78469 -9277 PN: 399615 RE: ADA Improvements — Bond Issue 2008 (Group 3 - Project No. E11014) & Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program FY2010 - Accessible Routes in CDBG Residential Areas Phase 1 and Phase 2 (Project No. 010066) AMENDMENT NO.4 Dear Mr. Bites: Please accept this letter as our proposal to amend our original and amended contract to increase the authorized amount for ADA Improvements Bond 2008 and Accessible Routes in CDBG Residential Area Phase 1 and Phase 2 to include an additional intersection design. This amendment addresses an increase to the original and amended contract to augment funding for the design at the added location of Chaparral Street at Coopers Alley. This intersection consists of eight (8) curb ramps, adjoining sidewalk to the ramps (no more than twenty feet) and a bulb -out concrete median on the south, one -way approach of Chaparral Street to the intersection., as well as two (2) ramps at the driveway entrance to the Limerick Apartments on Coopers Alley just west of Chaparral Street. This amendment would provide funds for the above described design, and includes coordination with HDR or the City of Corpus Christi for survey data necessary to complete this design and with HDR in their task of signalization design at this same location. A total additional engineering fee of $8,500.00 will be needed for the design and coordination with HDR and is included in this Contract Amendment No. 4. The following are the proposed changes to the original, executed contract. 1.
