From the original contract, Exhibit "A ", Basic Services, Item No. 2 Design Phase and Exhibit "A ", Additional
Services, Item No. 4 Construction Observation Services are amended as specified in Amendment No. 7 Exhibit
"A" and as follows:
• Site meetings to resolve issues, civil engineering, produce bid documents and CO; and
• Increase scope for roof condition survey inspection (with consultant) and report with photos.
From the original contract, Exhibit "A ", Summary of Fees shall be modified as specified in Amendment No. 7
Exhibit "BU Summary of Fees, for a fee not to exceed $13.500.00 (Thirteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
and Zero Cents) for a total restated fee not to exceed $343,478.00 hree Hundred Forty Three Thousand
Four Hundred Seventy Eight Dollars and Zero Cents)

This is a Request for Amendment #07 to Contract Fee far the above referenced City Project, as required by latest
scope additions. The additional fees are for the following additional scope (refer to attached Partial Site Plan):
1. Site meetings to resolve issues, civil engineering, produce bid documents and CO; and
2. Increase scope for roof condition survey inspection (with consultant) and report with photos.

a. "Board member." A member of any board, commission, or committee appointed by the
City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas.
b. "Economic benefit". An action that is likely to affect an economic interest if it is likely to
have an effect on that interest that is distinguishable from its effect on members of the public
in general or a substantial segment thereof.
c. "Employee." Any person employed by the City of Corpus Christi, Texas either on a full or
part-time basis, but not as an independent contractor.
d. "Firm." Any entity operated for economic gain, whether professional, industrial or
commercial, and whether established to produce or deal with a product or service, including
but not limited to, entities operated in the form of sole proprietorship, as self - employed
person, partnership, corporation, joint stock company, joint venture, receivership or trust, and
entities which for purposes of taxation are treated as non -profit organizations.
e. "Official." The Mayor, members of the City Council, City Manager, Deputy City
Manager, Assistant City Managers, Department and Division Heads, and Municipal Court
Judges of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas.
