Thank you for your letter of February 21, 2013. The City agrees we should renew the
MOA for Type II reclaimed water for another year under the same terms.
Both parties agree with the letter and spirit of the MOA. Neither party wishes to make any
changes to MOA.
To formalize our agreement to renew for another year, please see the attached.

1, The MOA is renewed and extended for an additional year under Section 3(d).
2. All terms and conditions remain the same.
3. This Agreement to Renew the MOA is effective for one year from the time it
is signed by representatives of both parties.

The purpose of this letter is to notify you of our desire to
extend the Memorandum of Understanding between Commander, Navy. Region
Southeast, Naval .Air Station Corpus Christi, and the City of Corpus
Christi for the operation and funding of Type II reclaimed water for
use aboard Naval Air Station, Corpus Christi, `,Texas.
This arrangement is made with the understanding that both parties
agree wi>~h the letter and spirit of the agreement, that neither party
wishes to make substantive changes to the agreement now in place and
that the agreement is extended for one year from the time it is signed
by representatives of both parties.
