2. Approving a supply agreement for charging paper for an estimated annual
expenditure of $25,125 to the Brodart Company based on sole source. The
term of this agreement will be twelve months with option to extend for an
additional twelve months at the same terms and conditions, subject to the
approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. This item
will be used by the Corpus Christi Public Libraries and funds were approved
in the 1986-87 budget.
