in the original contract, EXHIBIT "A", SCOPE OF SERVICES, DESIGN DEVELOPMENT shall be amended to include
additional services as shown on the attached Amendment No. 10, Exhibit"A".
In the original contract, EXHIBIT I'D", SUMMARY OF FEES shall be amended as described in the attached Amendment
No. 10, Exhibit "A" for a revised fee not to exceed (Twen!y Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents), for a total
restated fee not to exceed 11,620,592.5 Hundred Ntftly Two
Dollars and Fifty Cents). Invoices to be submitted monthly in accordance with Exhibit"C".
All other terms and conditions of the Contract and Amendments between the City and Consultant will remain in full force
and effect.

Contract Task 10— Scope of Services / Fees and Expenses
Scope:
Hargreaves Associates shall support the documentation and design of the Shoreline Blvd.
streetscape as needed. Scope includes soil collection for agricultural soil testing,ongoing
coordination with other consultants (HDR, Lauren Griffith, Burditt Associates,and Soil Testing
Labs) to resolve design related issues, review of HD R and Lauren Griffith Associates drawing sets,
input on outstanding design issues such as street lighting and intersection paving design,or input
on design related issues that arise during construction.
Fee: Hourly Not To Exceed $20,000
