2, SCOPE OF WORK. "ARCHITECT" shall provide services for the PROJECT in accordance with the
accompanying Letter, Scope of Services, and Fee attached as "Exhibit A"
3, FEE. The"CITY"agrees to pay the"ARCHITECT"for services provided in accordance with Exhibit"A",
Scope of Services, and Fee under this AGREEMENT, a fee notto exceed$0.00(Zero Dollars and Zero Cents),for

Dear Mr. Bites:
Chuck Anastos Associates, t1C is pleased to submit this Proposal for a no-cost Amendment#03 to
the above referenced City Project This Proposal combines the services of Chuck Anastas
Associates, LLC as lead architect with Robert Gignac(landscape architect), GPM (plumbing
engineer), Bill Miller, PE(electrical engineer),Wilkerson&Sanders(structural engineer) and AGCM
(cost estimating)as our consultants, The Project consists of the following scope of Work:
1, Installation of two modular restroom structures with freestanding shower;(2), permanent
seating, shade structure(s) and landscaping as presented in Preliminary Design Phase.
` d Our Project AE scope shall be as follows
1. Further develop site improvements to meet Texas Windstorm and FEMA requirements;
2. Layout site improvements to meet TASIADAG and utilities connection requirements;
3. Meet with City staff to review and critique details;
A R C H I T E C T U R E 4. Modify details with staff recommendations and produce final Design Plans (Construction
INTERIOR DESIGN Documents)for JOC construction,,.
5. Assist the City during the JOC Bidding Phase;and
6. Conduct construction observation site visits during Construction Phase.
We propose to Provide the following architectural services for each Phase of this Proiect
1. Design Prase:
a Prepare digital design drawings and develop details;
Meet with City staff as required for design review and approval;
• Produce final Design Plans (Construction Documents) for JOC assistance and
construction including Overall Site Plan, Floor Plan, Enlarged Floor Plan,
Secdons/Details and Specifications, Title Sheet, MEP Plans/Details, Structural
Plans/Details;and
Prepare estimated Construction Cost
2. Bidding Phase:

a Review all pre-bid questions and prepare necessary addenda;
