Basic Services, 4, Construction Phase shall be amended as listed below, • Provide revised traffic control plans and additional meetings and coordination for work phases 4, 7, 8, 9, 15A, 16, and 22 due to combined work phase activities. Coordinate with TxDOT for TCP revisions at Saratoga. • Provide construction drawings and coordination for the Pediatrix Dental ADA ramp. • Provide construction drawings for the added design scope to replace the VCP sanitary sewer main between MH3 and MH6. • Additional meetings with project team and review of submittals for the additional and revised scope of work for the wastewater improvements in Phase 17. • Provide construction drawings for the revised right turn lane at Staples Street and Holly Road to save two large oak trees. • Provide revised drawings for the striping plan in Phase 22 adjacent to Kohl's. • Provide revised construction drawings to add sanitary sewer replacement and revised storm drainage design at the Spohn Drive intersection in Phase 22. • Additional meetings with Development Services to address the landscaping ordinance and ROW encroachments for properties along Staples Street. • Provide revised striping plan for entire project Saratoga to Williams to narrow the travel lanes and add bicycle lanes. • Provide a revised signage plan for entire project to modify signage from Saratoga to Williams. 2013-278 6113113 AMD. Please note that this amendment provides for additional tasks completed for the Construction Phase on the Staples Street project, The additional Construction Phase activities in this proposal have included revisions to the traffic control plans of several phases,a revised striping and signs a layout for the entire project, additional wastewater and utility design,changes to the roadway geometry at Holly Road, and coordination with Development Services on ROW encroachments. These additional tasks were requested by City staff and have been necessary to keep the project moving forward in a timely manner.
