AMENDMENT NO. 7
CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
The City of Corpus Christi, Texas, hereinafter called "CITY," and RVi PLANNING + LANDSCAPE
ARCHITECTURE + GRAPHIC DESIGN, hereinafter called °CONSULTANT," agree to the following
amendment to the Contract for Professional Services for Oso Creek/Oso Bay_Area Park Master
Plan (Protect No. 3380) as authorized and administratively amended by:
Original Contract January 11 2011 Motion No. M2011-013 $264,180.00
Amendment No. 1 November 20, 2011 Administrative Approval $22,800.00
Amendment No. 2 March 27, 2012 Motion No. M2012-066 $616,670.00
Amendment No. 3 August 21, 2012 Administrative Approval $5,200.00
Amendment No. 4 November 9, 2012 Administrative Approva l $27,320.00
Amendment No. 5 January29, 2013 Administrative Approval $5,600.00
Amendment No. 6 May 15, 2013 Administrative Approval $26,300.00
In the Original Contract, Section 2. SCOPE OF WORK shall be modified by the addition of the
following scope: Scope of Work is revised to include additional Basic Services and Additional Services
as specified in Exhibit "A".
In the Original Contract, Section 5. FEE shall be modified by the attached Summary of Fees as
shown in the attached Exhibit A-1 for an additional fee not to exceed 47 349.00 (in figures) Forty
Seven Thousand Three Hundred Forty Nine Dollars and Zero Cents (in words) for a total restated
fee not to exceed $1,015,419.00 (in figures) One Million Fifteen Thousand Four Hundred Nineteen
Dollars and Zero Cents (in words).
All other terms and conditions of the January 11, 2011 contract between the City and Consultant and
of any amendments to that contract which are not specifically addressed herein shall remain in full
force and effect.

This Amendment to Landscape Architectural Design Services Agreement (the

I. RECITALS
A. Client and Consultant have entered into that certain Agreement
for Landscape Architectural Design Services for Oso Creek/Oso
Bay Area Park Master Plan dated as of January 11, 2011 (the
"Original Agreement") and desire to amend the Original
Agreement.
B. Except as expressly modified by this Amendment, the Original
Agreement remains unchanged and In full force and effect.
Ii. AGREEMENT
A. The parties agree that the SCOPE, of the Original Agreement, is
hereby amended by adding the following:
Additional Construction Contract Observation Services for Phase 1
Construction and revisions to 100% Construction Documents for
Oso Bay Area Park Phase 2 to reduce the scope of the project.
B. The parties agree that the BASIC SERVICES, of the Original
Agreement, is hereby amended by adding the following:
I. Construction Observation Services
a. Additional site observation visits, reports and
punch lists.
b. Additional clarifications and coordination with
Contractor and City.
C. Reimbursable expenses.
2. Construction Documents
a. Evaluate revised construction budget, proposed AMN1HOUSTON
alternates and deletions and grant funding
requirements and review with City.

b. Prepare a one-time Construction Document
revision reflecting the City approved alternates,
deletions and grant funding requirements.
C. Revise bid documents and coordinate with the
City.
C. The parties agree that the COMPENSATION of the Original Agreement, is
hereby amended by adding the following:
1. The Client agrees to pay the Consultant the following lump
sum fees for each phase of the Project described in the
Basic Services section. Fees for Basic Services will be billed
monthly based on percent of work complete for each
phase of the Project plus reimbursable costs. The fees
assume no substantial change In scope of the Project or
services.
Construction Contract Observation $13,449.00
Construction Documents $32,80D.00
Reimbursable expenses $ 1,100.00
Ili. APPROVED AND ACCEPTED
This Amendment to Land Planning and/or Landscape Architectural Design
Services Agreement is approved and accepted by the Client and
Consultant upon both parties signing and dating the Amendment, and
returning a signed copy to the Consultant. The effective date of the
Amendment shall be the last date entered below.
