Stevens Water Treatment Plant Facility Alterations (Project No. 8657), as authorized and administratively amended by: Original Contract January 24, 2012 Motion No. M2012-021 $137,606.00 EXHIBIT "A", SECTION 1. SCOPE OF SERVICES, shall be amended to include the extended construction inspection and management services as described in Amendment No. 1 Exhibit "A". Exhibit "A", SECTION 2. FEES shall be amended and is attached as Amendment No. 1 Exhibit "A" for a revised fee not to exceed $39,399.00 (Thirty-Nine Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-Nine Dollars and Zero Cents , for a total restated fee not to exceed $177,005.00 (One Hundred Seventy-Seven Thousand Five Dollars and Zero Cents). Monthly invoices shall be submitted in accordance with the attached Amendment No. 1 Exhibit "B" All other terms and conditions of January 24, 2012 contract between the City and AGICM, INC. will remain in full force and effect.
