Scope of Services, Part B. Additional Services shall be amended to include Item No. 6 Environmental Issues and Item No. 10 Inspection of the Existing Box Culvert as set forth in the attached Amendment No. 1, Exhibit "A". In the Original Contract, Exhibit "A", Section 3. Fees, Part C. Summary of Fees shall be modified and is attached as Amend No. 1 Exhibit "B" for a fee not to exceed $17,000.00 (Seventeen Thousand Dollars and Zero Cent, for a total restated fee not to exceed $261,362.60 Two Hundred Si2& One Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Two Dollars and Fifty Cents). Monthly invoice will be submitted in accordance with Exhibit "C,,, All other terms and conditions of the January 29, 2013 contract between the City and Engineer, and of any amendments to that contract, which are not specifically addressed herein shall remain in full force and effect. The amendment modifies the original contract by adding services to Part B—Additional Services; Environmental Issues and Inspection of the Existing Box Culvert. We are in the process of scheduling the Regulatory Screening Assessment and Box Culvert Inspection for the referenced project, and will strive to get these completed in a timely manner. However, it should be noted that submittal of the Final Engineering Letter Report will be delayed until these additional services have been completed. As previously mentioned we will attempt to make up for these delays during the design process. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call.
