(Premises) The Temporary Construction Easement is further described as 15 foot wide, west of and adjacent to the permanent right of way easement. Said temporary construction easement is to be used for working room and storage of materials and machinery during the construction phase. This Temporary Construction Easement automatically terminates upon: i) 180 days from the start of construction on the premises, or ii) upon completion of the project,whichever occurs first. Special Provisions: Grantee will install a security chain link fence of similar height and construction of Grantor's current fence along the new right-of-way line. Upon removal of any portion of Grantor's fence that is in the way of construction, Grantee will immediately install the new fence at the new right-of-way line. For security reasons, Grantor's property will not be exposed or left without fencing. Together with the free ingress,egress and regress to and for Grantee,and its franchisees,to construct, operate,repair and maintain streets,sidewalks,curbs,gutters and appurtenances upon said Premises f *h° ^••' '=- "' `, with automobiles, carts, carriages and all other vehicles and all other 2013-313 9104113 WHM Investment Inc.
