Special Provisions: Grantee will install a security chain link fence of similar height and construction of Grantor's current fence along the new right-of-way line. Upon removal of any portion of Grantor's fence that is in the way of construction, Grantee will immediately install the new fence at the new right-of-way line. For security reasons, Grantor's property will not be exposed or left without fencing.
