SUBRECIPIENT GRANT AGREEMENT
COASTAL MANAGEMENT PROGRAM—CYCLE 17

AMENDMENT NO. 1

The GENERAL LAND OFFICE ("GLO") and CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI ("Subrecipient") parties
to that certain Texas Coastal Management Program ("CMP") Cycle 17 grant subaward effective
on October 1, 2012, and denominated GLO Contract No. 13-046-000-6913, (the "Contract'),
now desire to amend the Contract.
WHEREAS,the Contract was inadvertently issued by the GLO with references to National
Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration ("NOAA") Grant Award No. NAI2NOS4190021; and
WHEREAS,the correct NOAH Grant Award No. is NAI2NOS4190164; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to correct this administrative error;
Now, THEREFORE, the parties hereby agree to amend and modify the Contract as
follows:
1. References to NOAA Grant Award No. NA12NOS4190021 throughout the Contract
and all Attachments, including ATTACHMENT B CMP Supplemental Terms and
Conditions, are hereby amended to reflect NOAA Grant Award No.
NA12NOS4190164 ("Award") in each and every instance, and shall be used on all
correspondence, Deliverables, signage, and submissions of any kind requiring the use
of the NOAA Award number.
2. This Amendment shall be effective as of the effective date of the Contract.
3. Except as amended and modified by this Amendment No. 1, all terms and conditions
of the Contract shall remain in full force and effect.
