HomeMy WebLinkAboutC2013-395 - 10/15/2013 - NA CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI AMENDMENT NO. 1 CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES The City of Corpus Christi, Texas hereinafter called "City", and RVE, INC. hereinafter called "Engineer", agree to the following amendments to the Contract for Engineering Services for Williams Drive Improvements Phase 3 from Staples Street to Airline Road (Project No. E11116) BOND ISSUE 2012), as authorized and administratively amended by: Original Contract February 21, 2012 Motion No. M2012-038 $959,995.00 In the Original Contract, Exhibit "A", Section 1. Scope of Services, Part B. Additional Services shall be amended to include Item No. 12 Additional Wastewater Design as set forth in the attached AMD No. 1, Exhibit "A". In the Original Contract, Exhibit "A", Section 3. Fees, Part C. shall be amended as specified in the attached as AMD No. 1 Exhibit "B" Summary of Fees for a fee not to exceed $3,000.00 (Three Thousand Dollars Zero Cents), for a total restated fee not to exceed $962,995.00 (Nine Hundred Sixty Two Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Five Dollars and Zero Cents). Monthly invoice will be submitted in accordance with Exhibit "C". All other terms and conditions of the February 21, 2012 contract between the City and Engineer, and of any amendments to that contract, which are not specifically addressed herein shall remain in full force and effect. The City has also requested that RVE design the removal and replacement of the existing 8" VCP wastewater line in the intersection. RVE proposes to perform the additional design work for$3,000.
