In the original contract, EXHIBIT "A", SUMMARY OF FEES shall be modified and is attached as Amendment No. 1 Exhibit "A" for a fee not to exceed $48,500.00 (Forty Eight Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents), for a total restated fee not to exceed $118,500.00 (One Hundred Eighteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents). As you know we have been working on several projects in the permitting process under this contract. As such we have been utilizing our budget. We have additional work that needs to complete the permitting process, including the following tasks for the City: • Collect, research, prepare and submit the permit renewal for the Allison Wastewater Plant (Due November 2013). • Assist in review and technical assistance for the Oso Wastewater Plant permit renewal (Due December 2013). • Assist in review and technical assistance for the Greenwood Wastewater Plant. Will you please add an additional $48,500 to our wastewater contract? The contract number is Corpus Christi Contract #E_12151. Please let me know if you need more detail or additional documentation.
