Stevens Water Treatment Plant Electrical Distribution Improvements (Project No. 8603), as authorized and administratively amended by: Original Contract August 30, 2011 Motion No. M2011-192 $261,018.00 EXHIBIT "A", SECTION 1. SCOPE OF SERVICES, shall be amended to include the extended construction inspection and management services as described in Amendment No. 1 Exhibit "A". Exhibit "A", SECTION 2. FEES shall be amended and is attached as Amendment No. 1 Exhibit "A" for a revised fee not to exceed $20,496.00 (Twenty Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-Six Dollars and Zero Cents), for a total restated fee not to exceed $281,514.00 (Two Hundred Eighty-One Thousand Five Hundred Fourteen Dollars and Zero Cents). Monthly invoices shall be submitted in accordance with the attached Amendment No. 1 Exhibit "B".
