TO CONTRACT FOR
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
The City of Corpus Christi,Texas hereinafter called"CITY",and HDR ENGINEERING,INC., hereinafter called
"ENGINEER," agree to the following amendment to the Contract for Professional Services for Bayfront
Development Plan, Phase 3—BOND 2008 (Protect No. 6511), as authorized and amended by:
Original Contract June 19, 2009 Administrative Approval $42,000.00
Amendment No. 1 May 18, 2010 Motion No. 2010-115 $1,126,976.70
Amendment No. 2 July 7, 2010 Administrative Approval $3,500.00
Amendment No. 3 October 12, 2010 Administrative Approval $44,100.00
Amendment No. 4 January 09, 2012 Administrative Approval $37,700.00
Amendment No. 5 February 19, 2012 Administrative Approval $5,500.00
• EXHIBIT"A", PART 1. SCOPE OF SERVICES,SECTION A. BASIC SERVICES, Item No.2 DESIGN
PHASE shall be modified to include revisions on plan sheets as shown on the attached Exhibit"A".
• EXHIBIT"A",PART 3. FEES shall be modified as shown on the attached Exhibit"B"for a revised fee not
to exceed$38,770.00(Thirty Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy Dollars and Zero Cents),for a
total restated fee not to exceed$1,298,546.70(One Million Two Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Five
Hundred Forty Six Dollars and Seventy Cents).
All other terms and conditions of the June 19, 2009 contract and amendments between the City and
Consultant will remain in full force and effect.
