Project Manager City of Corpus Christi Engineering Department P.O. Box 9277 Corpus Christi, TX 78469 Subject: Kostorvz Road, Project No. E12099 Dear Mrs. Fudge: Urban Engineering is requesting a Contract Amendment to provide eight Parcel Descriptions and Exhibits for necessary R.O.W. acquisitions on Kostoryz Road. Preliminary project scoping assumed additional R.O.W. was not required. However, detailed design has identified eight parcels where narrow (±5'-7') strips of R.O.W. are required to provide proposed turn lanes at critical intersections. Due to savings recognized in the SUE Survey, we have reduced the SUE Survey contract amount by an equal amount to proposed increases such that there is no net change to total contract amount. Please call if you have any questions or require additional information. Sincerely, URBAN ENGINEERING • Murray F. Hudson, P.E.
