Scope of Services, Part B. Additional Services, Item No. 2. ROW Acquisition Survey shall be added as set forth in the attached Amendment No. 1, Exhibit "A" and Item No. 6. Subsurface Utility Investigation shall be decreased as set forth in the attached Amendment No. 1, Exhibit "A". In the Original Contract, Exhibit "A", Section III. Fees, Summary of Fees shall be modified and is attached as Amendment No. 1 Exhibit "B" Summary of Fees for a fee not to exceed $0.00 (Zero Dollars and Zero Cents), for a total restated fee not to exceed $516,210.00 (Five Hundred Sixteen Thousand Two Hundred Ten Dollars and Zero Cents). Monthly invoice will be submitted in accordance with Exhibit "C". Preliminary project scoping assumed additional R.O.W. was not required. However, detailed design has identified eight parcels where narrow (±5'-7') strips of R.O.W. are required to provide proposed turn lanes at critical intersections. Due to savings recognized in the SUE Survey, we have reduced the SUE Survey contract amount by an equal amount to proposed increases such that there is no net change to total contract amount.
