(Street Improvement Fund)
The Regional Transportation Authority in Corpus Christi, Texas ("RTA"), a metropolitan
transit authority operating under Chapter 451 of the Texas Transportation Code, and the City of
Corpus Christi, Texas ("City"), a municipal corporation, have entered into a revised Inter-local
Agreement(the "Agreement") in 2013 providing funding by the RTA to the City for a Street
Improvement Program.
The RTA has allocated the amount of$2,547,728.00 for its fiscal year 2014 under the
Interlocal Agreement. Such funds shall be paid to the City for projects in the manner provided
under the Agreement.
As provided in the Agreement, the City has agreed to submit its proposed list of street
improvement projects for fiscal year 2014 funding and file a report with the RTA within 90 days
following the end of each year on the expenditure of the funds paid to the City during the
previous fiscal year.
This Amendment is made for the sole purpose of acknowledging the additional funding
for 2014. All terms and conditions of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect and
are ratified and confirmed.
