SCOPE OF SERVICES, PART B. ADDITIONAL SERVICES shall be amended to include additional services as shown in the Attached Exhibit "A": • ITEM NO. 8. Type A Board Meeting Preparation In the original contract, EXHIBIT "A", SUMMARY OF FEES shall be modified and is attached as Amendment No. 1 Exhibit "A" for a revised fee not to exceed $2,555.00 (Five Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Five Dollars and Zero cents), for a total restated fee not to exceed $188,649.00 (One Hundred Eighty Eight Thousand Six Hundred Forty Nine Dollars and Zero cents). All other terms and conditions of February 10, 2009 contract between the City and Consultant will remain in full force and effect.
