Young, President, (ENGINEER), which agree as follows: 1. DECLARATIONS. "CITY" desires to engage "ENGINEER" to provide services in connection with City's project, described as follows: Gate 10B (Project No. E13062) "Project". 2. SCOPE OF WORK. "ENGINEER" shall provide services for the PROJECT in accordance with the accompanying Letters, Scope of Services, and Fee attached as"Exhibit A". 3. FEE. This proposal provides scope and budget fees for the Corpus Christi International Airport Gate 10B project which was designed for construction within project titled Corpus Christi International Airport 17-35 Runway NAVAIDS and East G.A. Extension Project, Project No. E11047, E12156B,& E13062. A. SERVICES 1. GATE 10B CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES: a) City authorizes Consultant to perform the Construction Phase professional services described in Coym, Rehmet&Gutierrez Engineering, L.P.'s professional services fee proposal letter of April 25, 2013 incorporated into the original Short Form Agreement between Engineer and Consultant as Attachment B. Specifically,this proposal shall include the construction administration of the following items and systems related to the installation of Gate 10B including all electrical, structural, communications, system integration, including, but not limited to, the following: Closed circuit television system 1) Manufacturer and system installation 2) Controls/mounting/power ii.
