Scope of Services shall be modified by the addition of the addition of the following scope of Basic Services as shown on Exhibit "A". For Yorktown Boulevard Phase 2 — Cimarron to Rodd Field (Project No. E10100) Add the following scope items: Basic Services: Design Phase 1. Develop a revised Traffic Control Plan and roadway transition plan to tie in the Yorktown Phase 2 improvements to the existing intersection at Rodd Field Road. 2. Prepare construction drawings for a new two-lane T-intersection at Rodd Field and Yorktown Blvd. and realign the existing concrete curve to tie into the final improvements. 3. Prepare construction drawings for necessary utility adjustments and surface drainage improvements associated with the new intersection. Note: A full reconstruction of underground utilities will not be included at this time, but will be performed by the City in a future project. 4. Prepare striping and signage plans, traffic control plans, and a storm water pollution prevention plan for the improvements. 5. Coordinate with AEP for any conflicts and additional street lighting revisions. 6. Prepare revised plan and profile drawings for the addition of a left turn lane at Bichon Drive to serve the future Del Mar College. 7. Coordinate revisions to the landscaping and irrigation between Bay Drive and Rodd Field Road and left turn lane at Bichon Drive. 8. (FNI)would respectfully request your consideration of our proposed amendment for Yorktown Blvd. Phase 2 (City Project No. E10100). The amendment includes design and topographic survey services requested by the City to extend the project limits and include the design of a two-lane temporary T-intersection at Rodd Field Road and Yorktown Blvd. FNI respectfully requests a contract amendment in the amount of$49,710 to address the additional time and effort required to support this project.
