Scope of Services, Part B. Additional Services, Item No. 15. Additional Construction Observation Services shall be amended as set forth in the attached AMD No. 7, Exhibit "A". In the Original Contract, Exhibit "A", Section 3. Fees, shall be amended and is attached as AMD No. 7 Exhibit "A" for a fee not to exceed $49,600.00 (Forty Nine Thousand Six Hundred Dollars Zero Cents), for a total restated fee not to exceed $1,218,140.00 (One Million Two Hundred Eighteen Thousand One Hundred Forty Dollars and Zero Cents). Monthly invoice will be submitted in accordance with Exhibit "B". All other terms and conditions of the May 18, 2010 contract between the City and Engineer, and of any amendments to that contract, which are not specifically addressed herein shall remain in full force and effect. Per our A/E Contract, construction observation services will be provided at a rate of$100/hour.
