Additional Services, shall be modified to include services for the condemnation proceedings for the fee simple purchase of the pump station/sedimentation basin property and purchase of one pipeline easement as specified in Amendment No. 12 Exhibit "A". Exhibit "A", Section III. Fees, shall be modified as specified in Amendment No. 12 Exhibit "A" for a revised fee not to exceed $48,500.00 (Forty-Eight Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents), for a total restated fee not to exceed $15,398,788.00 (Fifteen Million Three Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-Eight Dollars and Zero Cents). Monthly invoices shall be submitted in accordance with Amendment No. 12 Exhibit "B". All other terms and conditions of the October 28, 2003 contract and amendments between the City and Freese and Nichols, Inc. will remain in full force and effect.
