Spear Consolidated, Ltd.("Grantor"), whose address is225 S. Carancahua, Corpus
Christi, Texas 78401, (City), for and in consideration of the sum of One and No/100
Dollar ($1.00) paid by the City of Corpus Christi, a Texas home-rule municipal
corporation ("Grantee"), whose address is 1201 Leopard Street, Corpus Christi, Texas,
78401, the receipt of which is acknowledged, has granted, sold,and conveyed and by
these presents does grant, sell, and convey to the Grantee, its successors, legal
representatives, permitted assigns and franchisees, the free and uninterrupted use,
liberty, privilege, and easement of going in, on, over, under, and along a certain tract of
land situated in Nueces County, Texas, and being described as follows:
Field note description of a 15-foot wide utility easement over and across a
portion of Lot 5, Section 8, Bohemian Colony Lands, as shown on the map
recorded in Volume A, Page 48, Map Records of Nueces County, Texas,
which description is attached to and incorporated in this document as
"Exhibit A" and depicted on the field notes location map attached to and
incorporated in this document as "Exhibit C," the exhibits collectively being
referred to and known as the "Premises 1."
Field note description of a triangular utility easement over and across a
portion of Lot 5, Section 8, Bohemian Colony Lands, as shown on the map
recorded in Volume A, Page 48, Map Records of Nueces County, Texas,
which description is attached to and incorporated in this document as
"Exhibit B" and depicted on the field notes location map attached to and
incorporated in this document as "Exhibit C," the exhibits collectively being
referred to and known as the "Premises 2."
Together with the free ingress, egress, and regress to and for the Grantee, all for the
purpose of erecting, constructing, installing, laying, replacing, servicing, repairing, using,
maintaining, inspecting, reconstructing, modifying, removing, operating and keeping
utility lines in, on, over, under, and along the Premises, including but not limited to
water, wastewater, storm water, storm water detention, filtration, drainage, and gas, and
together with all lines, pipes, conduits, and other equipment, improvements, and
appurtenances used in the supply and provision of public utilities.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular, the rights and privileges as described above
to the Grantee, its successors, legal representatives, permitted assigns, and
franchisees, for the proper and public use as a utility easement and for so long as used
fnr ci irh ni irnnsPs and. if the use of said utility easement be ever abandoned, then, in
2014-388 rights and privileges shall cease.

These Correction Utility Easements are made as a correction to that certain Utility
Easements dated July 8, 2014, and recorded in Doc # 2014025956, Official Public
Records, Nueces County, Texas ("Corrected Easements"), to replace "Exhibit
A","Exhibit B" and "Exhibit C" in their entirety to correct an error in the property
description. "Exhibit A", "Exhibit B" and "Exhibit C" to these Correction Utility
Easements correctly describes the Premises that were intended to be conveyed and
should have been conveyed by the Corrected Easements. Other than this stated
correction, this Correction Utility Easementsare intended to restate in all respects the
Corrected Easements, and the effective date of this Correction Utility Easements relates
back to the effective date of the Corrected Easements.
GRANTOR
The person signing this drainage easement conveyance as Grantor, or signing on
behalf of the Grantor, represents, warrants, and guarantees that they are the Grantor or
have the authority to act on behalf of the Grantor for the purpose and consideration
stated.

Nueces County,Texas and being a portion of a tract of land deeded to Spear Consolidated, Ltd.,in
Document No. 2012022010 Official Records of said county, said 0.222 acre tract as further
described by metes and bounds as follows;
Starting at the southernmost corner of a City of Corpus 0.165 acre tract of land described by deed
recorded in Volume 1208, Page 377, Deed Records of said county; thence N61°30'00"W 20.00'
along the southwest boundary line of said City of Corpus Christi 0.165 acre tract to the POINT OF
BEGINNING and easternmost corner of the tract herein described;
THENCE S29°00'00"W 644.14' along a line 20.00' northwest of and parallel to the southeast

and being a portion of a tract of land deeded to Spear Consolidated, Ltd., by Document No.
2012022010, Official Records of said county, said 112.5 SF tract of land as further described by
metes and bounds as follows:
Starting at the southernmost corner of Crestmont Unit 8, Block 5, Lot 34, a map of which is
recorded in Volume 49, Pages 83-86, said map records; thence S29°00'00"W 55.00' to the POINT
OF BEGINNING and easternmost corner of the tract herein described, said easternmost corner
being the point of intersection of the southwest boundary line of a 55' wide utility easement
described in Document No. 2001047674,said official records and the northwest boundary line of a
City of Corpus Christi 0.165 acre tract of land described by deed recorded at Volume 1208, Page
377,deed records of said county;
THENCE along said northwest boundary line of City of Corpus Christi 0.165 acre tract
