CORRECTION DRAINAGE EASEMENT

§ KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF NUECES §
Spear Consolidated, Ltd. ("Grantor"), whose address is 225 S. Carancahua,
Corpus Christi, Texas 78401, for and in consideration of the sum of One and
no/100 Dollar ($1.00) to it in hand paid by the City of Corpus Christi, Texas,
("Grantee"), a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, whose address is 1201
Leopard Street, Corpus Christi, Texas 78401, Nueces County, Texas, the receipt
of which is acknowledged, has granted, sold and conveyed, and by these
presents does grant, sell and convey to the Grantee, its successors, legal
representatives, permitted assigns and franchisees, the free and uninterrupted
use, liberty, privilege, and easement, of going in, on, over, under, and along a
certain tract of land situated in Nueces County, Texas and being described as
follows:
Field note description for a 20-foot wide drainage easement out of,
Lot 5, Section 8, Bohemian Colony Lands, as shown on the map
recorded in Volume A, Page 4815, Official Deed and Map Records
of Nueces County, Texas, which description is attached to and
incorporated in this document as "Exhibit A" and depicted on the
field notes location map attached to and incorporated in this
document as "Exhibit B," the exhibits collectively being referred to
and known as the "Premises."
Together with the free ingress, egress, and regress to and for the Grantee, all for
the purpose of owning and keeping drainage facilities and for the purposes of
erecting, constructing, installing, laying, replacing, using, maintaining, servicing,
repairing, reconstructing, modifying, removing, operating, and inspecting said
drainage facilities under, on, and along said Premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular, the rights and privileges as describe
above to the Grantee, its successors, legal representatives, permitted assigns,
for the proper use as a drainage easement, for so long as used for such
purposes, and if the use of said drainage easement be ever abandoned, then, in
that event, the aforesaid rights and privileges shall cease.

This Correction Drainage Easement is made as a correction to that certain Utility
Easement dated July 8, 2014, and recorded in Doc # 2014025957, Official Public
Records, Nueces County, Texas ("Corrected Easement"), to replace "Exhibit A"
and "Exhibit B" in its entirety to correct an error in the property description.
"Exhibit A" and "Exhibit B" to this Correction Drainage Easement correctly
describes the Premises that were intended to be conveyed and should have
been conveyed by the Corrected Easement. Other than this stated correction,
this Correction Drainage Easement is intended to restate in all respects the
Corrected Easement, and the effective date of this Correction Drainage
Easement relates back to the effective date of the Corrected Easement.
GRANTOR
The person signing this drainage easement conveyance as Grantor, or signing
on behalf of the Grantor, represents, warrants, and guarantees that they are the
Grantor or have the authority to act on behalf of the Grantor for the purpose and
consideration stated.

Description of a 0.296 acre tract of land, more or less, for drainage easement, a portion of
Bohemian Colony Lands, Section 8, Lot 5, a map of which is recorded in Volume "A", Page 48,
Map Records, Nueces County, Texas and being a portion of a tract of land deeded to Spear
Consolidated, Ltd.,by instrument recorded as Document No. 2012022010,Official Records of said
county, said 0.296 acre tract of land for drainage easement as further described by metes and
bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point for the easternmost corner of the tract herein described at the
southernmost corner of a City of Corpus Christi 0.165 acre tract of land described by deed recorded
at Volume 1208, Page 377, deed records of said county, said beginning point being in the common
southeast boundary line of said Lot 5 and northwest boundary line of Lot 4,said Section 8;
THENCE along said common southeast boundary line of Lot 5 and northwest boundary line of Lot
4, being along the southeast boundary line of said Spear Consolidated, Ltd., tract, S29°00'00"W
644.14'to a point for the southernmost corner of the tract herein described;
THENCE N61°30'00"W 20.00'to a point for the westernmost corner of the tract herein described;
THENCE N29°00'00"E 644.14' along a line 20.00' northwest of and parallel to said common
southeast boundary line of Lot 5 and northwest boundary line of Lot 4 to a point in the southwest
