Related Investors, Ltd., ("Grantor"), whose address P.O. Box 8229, Corpus Christi,
Texas 78412, for and in consideration of the sum of One and No/100 Dollar ($1.00) paid
by the City of Corpus Christi, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation ("Grantee"),
whose address is 1201 Leopard Street, Corpus Christi, Texas, 78401, the receipt of
which is acknowledged, has granted, sold, and conveyed and by these presents does
grant, sell, and convey to the Grantee, its successors, legal representatives, permitted
assigns and franchisees, the free and uninterrupted use, liberty, privilege, and
easement of going in, on, over, under, and along a certain tract of land situated in
Nueces County, Texas, and being described as follows:
Field note description for a temporary right-of-way easement out of Lot 2,
Section 24, Flour Bluff and Encinal Farm and Garden Tracts, as shown on
the map recorded in Volume A, Pages 41-43, Official Deed and Map
Records of Nueces County, Texas, which description is attached to and
incorporated in this document as "Exhibit A" and depicted on the field
notes location map attached to and incorporated in this document as
"Exhibit B," the exhibits collectively being referred to and known as the
"Premises."
Together with the free ingress, egress, and regress to and for the Grantee, Texas, and
its franchisees, to erect, construct, install, lay, replace, service, use, operate, inspect,
reconstruct, modify, remove, repair, operate, keep and maintain streets, sidewalks,
curbs, gutters and appurtenances upon said Premises for the public use by foot, with
automobiles, carts, carriages and all other vehicles and all other means of
transportation necessary or convenient at all times and in all seasons in, along and
upon said Premises, as well as for the purpose of erecting, constructing, installing,
laying, replacing, servicing, repairing, using, maintaining, inspecting, reconstructing,
modifying, removing, operating and keeping utility lines in, over, under, on and along the
premises, including but not limited to water, wastewater, storm water, storm water
detention, filtration, drainage and gas, together with all lines, pipes, conduits and other
equipment, improvements and appurtenances used in the supply and provision of public
utilities.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular, the rights and privileges as describe above
to the Grantee, its successors, legal representatives, permitted assigns, and
franchisees, for the proper use as a temporary right-of-way and, for so long as used for
such purposes, and if the use of said easement be ever abandoned, then, in that event,
the aforesaid rights and privileges shall cease.

Field Notes for a temporary right-of-way easement, over and across, Lot 2,
Section 24, Flour Bluff and Encinal Farm and Garden Tracts, a map of which is recorded
in Volume A, Pages 41-43, Map Records of Nueces County, Texas; said temporary right-
of-way easement being more fully described by metes and bounds as follows:
Commencing at a 5/8 inch iron rod with red plastic cap stamped "Urban Engr
C.C. Tx"found for the Southeast corner of Lot 32A, Block 16, Rancho Vista Subdivision
Unit 8, a map of which is recorded in Volume 68, Pages 17-18, Map Records of Nueces
County, Texas;
Thence, South 61°17'28"East, 148.00 feet;
Thence, South 28°42'32" West, 628.00 feet to the Point of Beginning and for the
beginning of a non-tangent curve to the left whose radius point bears South 61°17'28"
East, 26.00 feet and having a central angle of 90°00'00", a radius of 26.00 feet, a tangent
length of 26.00 feet and an arc length of 40.84 feet;
Thence along said non-tangent curve to the left, an arc length of 40.84 feet for a
corner of this easement;
