Changes to the allocation of funds for the Additional Services are due to changes in the type of services needed to prepare the Engineering Letter Report. In brief, the reasons are 1)additional public outreach is needed to gauge the effect of construction on the local businesses,2)a closed circuit TV video of the existing waste water and storm sewer lines is necessary to assess the current condition, and 3)fewer potholes are needed for the Subsurface Utility Investigation than was initially estimated.
