Acting Director of Capital Improvements City of Corpus Christi P.O.Box 9277 Corpus Christi,TX 78469 RE: Bayfront Development Plan Phase 3—Amendment#7 Dear Ms. Fudge, At the City's request, HDR is submitting Amendment#7 to the Bayfront Development Project Phase 3 Project Number 6511. This amendment adds services for revising the signing and striping layouts to accommodate the design changes from Amendment#6. Amendment#6 dated February,25,2014 was submitted by HDR, at the City's request, to eliminate the reverse-in parking and to bring the northbound lanes together. Exhibit B, Scope of Services, for Amendment#6 did not include design services to revise the striping layout sheets nor the signing layout sheets. At the time, the City recommended deferring these revisions to a later date. The Amendment#6 letter is attached as Exhibit A. Exhibit B shows the scope of services for the Amendment#7. The scope of services for signing and striping incorporate modifications similar to those requested by the City for Amendment#6. Therefore, services only include revising the striping layout sheets and the signing layout sheets. The fee for Amendment#7 is$24,150.00. Services provided encompass revisions for a total of 10 sheets. HDR will require 3 weeks to make the revisions, quantify the changes, and perform a QC. One Final Set will be provided to the City for their coordination with the Contractor. HDR assumes that the City will forego a City review cycle of the Amendment#7 sheets similar to Amendment#6. HDR is prepared to modify the appropriate Bayfront construction drawings upon an approved and executed Amendment#7. If the City has any questions regarding the information provided, don't hesitate to contact us. Sincerely; HDR ENGINEE G, INC ,X01774(opy-p, PZi,e/e-e.---, Samuel Saldivar,Jr. PA".
