4. Approving the purchase of surveying equipment based on the low bid of
$15,572.24 from Duderstadt Surveyors Supply, Inc. The equipment consists
of an electronic total station, electronic distance meter, and a precision
level. This equipment will be used by the Water Division with funds
approved in the 1986-87 budget.
