HomeMy WebLinkAboutC2015-116 - 1/7/2015 - NA CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI AMENDMENT NO. 2 CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES The City of Corpus Christi, Texas hereinafter called "City", and Maverick Engineering, Inc. hereinafter called "Engineer", agree to the following amendments to the Contract for Engineering Services for Santa Fe Street Elizabeth to Hancock (Project No. E13100) BOND 2014, as authorized and administratively amended by: Original Contract February 18, 2014 Ordinance No. 030097 $342,588.50 Amendment No. 1 October 28, 2014 Administrative Approved $0.00 In the Original Contract, Exhibit "A", Section I. Scope of Services, Part B. Additional Services, Item No. 11. Traffic Analysis shall be increased as set forth in the attached AMD No. 2 Exhibit "A". In the Original Contract, Exhibit "A", Section I. Scope of Services, Part B. Additional Services, Item No. 15. Roadway Illumination shall be added as set forth in the attached AMD No. 2 Exhibit "A". In the Original Contract, Exhibit "A", Section III. Fees, Summary of Fees shall be modified for a fee not to exceed $8,800.00 (Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents), for a total restated fee not to exceed $351,388.50 (Three Hundred Fifty One Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Eight Dollars and Fifty Cents). Monthly invoices will be submitted in accordance with Exhibit"B". All other terms and conditions of the February 18, 2014 contract between the City and Engineer, and of any amendments to that contract, which are not specifically addressed herein shall remain in full force and effect.
