KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF NUECES §
THAT, YUN BAE CHOE AND NAM SUK CHOE ("GRANTOR") of 3201 Olsen, Corpus
Christi,Nueces County,Texas 78411 in consideration of TEN DOLLARS($10.00)and other good
and valuable consideration, paid by the CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,TEXAS ("GRANTEE")
of 1201 Leopard Street,Corpus Christi,Nueces County, Texas 78401,the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, has granted,sold and conveyed,and does hereby grant,sell and convey to Grantee,a
Texas Home Rule municipal corporation, its successors and legal representatives, the free and
uninterrupted use, liberty, privilege, and easement of going in, on, over, under and along a certain
tract of land situated in Nueces County, Texas and being described as follows:
See the metes and bounds property descriptions attached and
incorporated as "Exhibit A" ("Premises") and maps showing the
location of the RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT is attached and
incorporated as "Exhibit B" ("Premises").
Together with the free ingress,egress and regress to and for Grantee,and its franchisees,to construct,
operate,repair and maintain streets,sidewalks,curbs,gutters and appurtenances upon said Premises
for the public use by foot, with automobiles, carts, carriages and all other vehicles and all other
means of transportation necessary or convenient at all times and in all seasons in, along and upon
said Premises, as well as to lay,operate, inspect,replace,repair, service and maintain public utility
lines, storm sewers, and franchised utility lines in, on, over, under and along said Premises.
SPECIAL PROVISIONS
The right of way and easement and rights hereby granted are subject to all other easements,
exceptions, reservations, rights, and encumbrances of record or evidenced physically on the
Premises, and are granted without any warranty of title, express or implied, by Grantor.
Grantor hereby reserves for itself, its successors and assigns, the right to use the Premises for any
purpose and in any manner, so long as such use does not unreasonably interfere with the rights of
Grantee hereunder.
In addition, to the extent that the Premises contain one or more of Grantor's existing
pipelines/appurtenances, Grantee agrees that Grantee's rights hereunder are expressly subject to
Grantor's rights to use and operate such pipelines/appurtenances and replacements thereto.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular, the rights and privileges aforesaid to Grantee its
successors,legal representatives, franchisees and the public,for the proper use as public streets and
utility easements for so long as used for such purposes,and if the use for said easements and rights of
way is ever abandoned, then the aforesaid rights and privileges cease.
GRANTOR:
The persons signing this Right of Way Easement conveyance as Grantor, or signing on behalf of
the Grantor, represents, warrants, and guarantees that they are the Grantor or have the authority to
act on behalf of the Grantor for the purpose and consideration stated.

Field Notes for a 0.015 Acre Tract of land, out of Block B, Casa Linda Estates Unit 4, a map of which is
recorded in Volume 21, Page 44, of the Map Records of Nueces County, Texas; said 0.015 acre tract being more
fully described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning,at a 3/4 Inch Iron Pipe Found, on the Southeast Right-of-Way line of Kostoryz Road,a 70 foot
public road, being the North corner of Lot 3, Block C, Casa Linda Estates Unit 4, a map of which is recorded in
Volume 57,Page 53,of the said Map Records,for the West corner of the said Block B and this Tract, from whence
a 5/8 Inch Iron Rod Found,for the West corner of the said Lot 3,bears, South 27°58'32"East,215.83 feet;
Thence, North 27°58'32"East, with the said Southeast Right-of-Way line, the Northwest line of the said
Block B, 140.00 feet, to a 5/8 Inch Iron Rod, with red plastic cap stamped "URBAN ENGR C.C. TX. set, for the
Northwesterly corner of the said Block B and this Tract, being the point curvature of a circular curve to the right,
having a radius of 34.16 feet,a chord bearing of North 43°06'42" East, a long chord of 17.84 feet,a central angle of
30°16'18",a tangent length of 9.24 feet and an arc length of 18.05 feet;
Thence, with the arc of the said circular curve to the right, 18.05 feet, to a 5/8 Inch Iron Rod, with red
plastic cap stamped"URBAN ENGR C.C. TX.set,for a corner of this Tract;
Thence,South 27°58'32"West, 123.58 feet,to a 5/8 Inch Iron Rod,with red plastic cap stamped"URBAN
ENGR C.C.TX.set,for a comer of this Tract;
Thence, South 31°22'58" West, 34.91 feet, to a 5/8 Inch Iron Rod, with red plastic cap stamped"URBAN
ENGR C.C. TX.set,on the common line of the Lot 3 and the said Block B, for the South corner of this Tract, from
whence,a 5/8 Inch Iron Rod Found,for the East corner of the said Lot 3,the South corner of the said Block B bears,
South 36°52'50"East, 183.00 feet;
Thence,North 36°52'50"East, with the said common line,2.85 feet,to the Point of Beginning,containing
0.015 Acres(674 Square Feet)of Land,more or less.
