§ KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF NUECES §
Related Investors, Ltd. ("Grantor"), whose address is P.O. Box 8229, Corpus Christi,
Texas 78468, for and in consideration of the sum of One and no/100 Dollar ($1.00) to it
in hand paid by the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, ("Grantee"), a Texas home-rule
municipal corporation, whose address is 1201 Leopard Street, Corpus Christi, Texas
78401, Nueces County, Texas, the receipt of which is acknowledged, has granted, sold
and conveyed, and by these presents does grant, sell and convey to the Grantee, its
successors, legal representatives, permitted assigns and franchisees, the free and
uninterrupted use, liberty, privilege, and easement, of going in, on, over, under, and
along a certain tract of land situated in Nueces County, Texas and being described as
follows:
Field note description for a temporary drainage easement out of Lot 3,
Section 24, Flour Bluff & Encinal Farm & Garden Tracts, as shown on the
map recorded in Volume A, Pages 41-43, Official Deed and Map Records
of Nueces County, Texas, which description is attached to and
incorporated in this document as "Exhibit A" and depicted on the field
notes location map attached to and incorporated in this document as
"Exhibit B," the exhibits collectively being referred to and known as the
"Premises."
Together with the free ingress, egress, and regress to and for the Grantee, all for the
purpose of owning and keeping temporary drainage facilities and for the purposes of
maintaining, servicing, repairing and inspecting said drainage facilities under, on, and
along said tract.
The Grantor will construct a temporary drainage channel from the existing underground
system in accordance with plans and specifications provided to and approved by the
Grantee's Director of Public Works or designee (Director). When the surrounding
property is platted, permanent underground storm drainage improvements will be
constructed by the Grantor in accordance with the Grantee's Unified Development
Code.
Until the permanent underground storm drainage improvements are constructed in this
temporary drainage easement, as required of the Grantor in future platting, Grantor
shall maintain said temporary drainage facility to ensure it provides offsite drainage to
the existing City of Corpus Christi drainage ditch.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular, the rights and privileges as describe above
to the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, its successors, legal representatives, permitted
assigns, for the proper use as a temporary drainage easement, for so long as used for
such purposes, and if the use of said temporary drainage easement be ever
abandoned, then, in that event, the aforesaid rights and privileges shall cease.

of Nueces County,Texas; said temporary drainage easement being more fully described by metes and
bounds as follows:
Commencing at a 5/8 inch iron rod with red plastic cap stamped"Urban Engr C.C.Tx"found for
the Southeast corner of Lot 32A,Block 16,Rancho Vista Subdivision Unit 8,a map of which is recorded in
Volume 68,Pages 17-18,Map Records of Nueces County,Texas;
Thence,South 61°17'28"East,382.70 feet;
Thence,South 28°42'32"West,738.00 feet to the Point of Beginning;
Thence,South 61°17'28"East,229.68 feet for the East corner of this easement;
Thence,South 22°36'32"West,60.34 feet for the South corner of this easement;
Thence,North 61°17'28"West,225.70 feet for the West corner of this easement and for the
beginning of a non-tangent curve to the right whose radius point bears South 72°54'00"East,980.00 feet
and having a central angle of 03°33'39",a radius of 980.00 feet,a tangent length of 30.46 feet and an arc
