NOTICE OF UTILITY EASEMENT

THAT THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI("CITY"),a Texas home-rule municipal corporation
of 1201 Leopard Street,Corpus Christi,Nueces County,Texas 78401,does hereby give notice that
the City has and holds a public utility easement across the underlying fee simple property owned by
the City and described as follows:
See the metes and bounds property description for the utility easement
attached and incorporated as Exhibit A (the "Utility Easement");
A map showing the location of the Utility Easement is attached and
incorporated as Exhibit B.
Together with the free ingress, egress and regress to and for the City and its franchisees to
construct,service,repair,maintain,inspect,lay,operate and keep public utility lines under,on and
along the Utility Easement.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, ALL AND SINGULAR, the rights and privileges aforesaid to the
City, its successors, legal representatives, and franchisees for the use as a Utility Easement and
right-of-way for so long as used for such purpose,and if the use of said easement and right of way
is ever abandoned, then the aforesaid rights and privileges cease.

LOT 6, BLOCK 1 , CLUB ESTATES SOUTH
STATE OF TEXAS
COUNTY OF NUECES
BEING a tract of land containing 0.012 Acres (507.00 Sq. Ft. ) of land out
of Lot 6, Block 1, Club Estates South as shown on plat thereof recorded
in Volume 44, Pages 18-19 of the Map Records of Nueces County, Texas.
This 0.012 Acre Tract being more particularly described by metes and
bounds as follows:
COMMENCING at a found 5/8" Iron Rod at the southeast corner of Lot 6,
Block 1, Club Estates South as recorded in Volume 44, Pages 18-19 of the
Map Records of Nueces County, Texas.
THENCE N 29°02'33" E along the west right-of-way line of Edgebrook Drive
a distance of 51.48' for the most southeasterly corner and Point of
Beginning of this easement;
THENCE N 60°55'40" W through Lot 6, Block 1, said Club Estates South, to
a point on the easterly line of a 10' Utility Easement, parallel to the
most easterly right-of way line of Everhart Road a distance of 91.39' to
a point for the southwesterly corner of this easement;
THENCE N 29°04'20" E through Lot 6, Block 1, said Club Estates South,
along the easterly line of the 10' utility easement, to a point on the
south line of a 5' utility easement, parallel to the north property line
of Lot 6, Block 1, Club Estates South a distance of 5.00' to a point for
the northwesterly corner of this easement;
THENCE S 60°55'40" E through Lot 6, Block 1, said Club Estates South,
along the Southerly line of the existing 5' utility easement a distance
of 91.39'to a point on the west right-of way line of Edgebrook Drive for
the northeast corner of this. easement;
THENCE S 29°02'33" W along the west right-of-way line of Edgebrook Drive
a distance of 5.00'to the POINT AND PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
0.012 Acres (507.00 Sq. Ft. ) of land.
Bearings based on the West Right-of-Way line of Edgebrook Drive as
recorded in plat, Club Estates South, a map of which is recorded in
Volume 44, Pages 18-19, of the Map Records of Nueces County, Texas.
