HomeMy WebLinkAboutC2015-188 - 4/30/2015 - NA CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI AMENDMENT NO. 3 CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES The City of Corpus Christi, Texas hereinafter called "City", and Maverick Engineering, Inc. hereinafter called "Engineer", agree to the following amendments to the Contract for Engineering Services for Santa Fe Street Elizabeth to Hancock (Proiect No. E13100) BOND 2014, as authorized and administratively amended by: Original Contract February 18, 2014 Ordinance No. 030097 $342,588.50 Amendment No. 1 October 28, 2014 Administrative Approved $0.00 Amendment No. 2 January 7, 2015 Administrative Approved $8,800.00 In the Original Contract, Exhibit "A", Section I. Scope of Services, Part B. Additional Services, Item No. 13. Geotechnical Engineering Report shall be increased as set forth in the attached AMD No. 3 Exhibit "A". In the Original Contract, Exhibit "A", Section III. Fees, Summary of Fees shall be modified for a fee not to exceed $2,260.50 (Two Thousand Two Hundred Sixty Dollars and Fifty Cents), for a total restated fee not to exceed $353,649.00 (Three Hundred Fifty Three Thousand Six Hundred Forty Nine Dollars and Zero Cents). Monthly invoices will be submitted in accordance with Exhibit "B". All other terms and conditions of the February 18, 2014 contract between the City and Engineer, and of any amendments to that contract, which are not specifically addressed herein shall remain in full force and effect.
