CAMERON INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION, a corporation (Grantors"), whose
address is 1333 West Loop South, Suite 1700, Houston, Texas 77027, for and in
consideration of the sum of One and No/100 Dollar ($1.00) paid by the City of Corpus
Christi, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation ("Grantee"), whose address is 1201
Leopard Street, Corpus Christi, Texas, 78401, the receipt of which is acknowledged,
has granted, sold, and conveyed and by these presents does grant, sell, and convey to
the Grantee, its successors, legal representatives, permitted assigns and franchisees,
the free and uninterrupted use, liberty, privilege, and easement of going in, on, over,
under, and along a certain tract of land situated in Nueces County, Texas, and being
described as follows:
Field note description of a 15-foot wide utility easement over and across a
portion of that 38.51 acre tract described in the deed to Cameron
International Corporation, recorded under Clerk's File no. 2014016323,
Official Public Records, Nueces County, Texas, which description is
attached to and incorporated in this document as "Exhibit A" and depicted
on the location map attached to and incorporated in this document as
"Exhibit B," the exhibits collectively being referred to and known as the
"Premises."
Together with the free ingress, egress, and regress to and for the Grantee, all for the
purpose of erecting, constructing, installing, laying, replacing, servicing, repairing, using,
maintaining, inspecting, reconstructing, modifying, removing, operating and keeping
utility lines in, on, over, under, and along the Premises, including but not limited to
water, wastewater, storm water, storm water detention, filtration, drainage, and gas, and
together with all lines, pipes, conduits, and other equipment, improvements, and
appurtenances used in the supply and provision of public utilities.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular, the rights and privileges as described above
to the Grantee, its successors, legal representatives, permitted assigns, and
franchisees, for the proper and public use as a utility easement and for so long as used
for such purposes and, if the use of said utility easement be ever abandoned, then, in
that event, the aforesaid rights and privileges shall cease.

Field Note Description
Utility Easement
Being a tract situated in Corpus Christi, Nueces County,Texas, being over and across a portion of that 38.51
acre tract described in the deed to Cameron International Corporation, recorded under Clerk's File no.
2014016323, Official Public Records, Nueces County,Texas,and being more particularly described by metes
and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the east boundary of the heretofore referenced 38.51 acre tract, whence the
northeast corner of said tract bears N01°11'13"W at 20.00 feet for the northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S01°11'13"E along the east boundary of the 38.51 acre a distance of 22.42 feet to a point for the
southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S89°55'38"W a distance of 325.27 feet to a point for an intermediate corner of this tract,said point
being 35.00 feet south of the north boundary of the 38.51 acre tract when measured at a right angle;
THENCE S88°37'10"W 35.00 feet south of and parallel to the north boundary of the 38.51 acre tract, a
distance of 328.31 feet to a point for the southwest corner of this tract, said point being in the east boundary of
the proposed Lot 1, Block 1, Industrial Technology Park Unit 4;
THENCE N01°11'13"W along the east boundary of said Lot 1, a distance of 15.00 feet to a point for the
northwest corner of this tract, said being 20.00 feet measured at a right angle south of the north boundary of
the 38.51 acre tract;
THENCE N88°37'10"E 20.00 feet south of and parallel to the north boundary of the 38.51 acre tract a distance
