AMENDMENT NO. 4
CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
The City of Corpus Christi,Texas, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation("City")and AGCM,Inc. ("Consultant"),
agree to the following amendments to the Contract for Professional Services for Mary Rhodes Pipeline Phase 2
(Project No. E10008):
Original NE Agreement February 25, 2014 Motion No. M2014-027 $1,679,942.00
Amendment No. 1 April 14, 2014 Administrative Approval $0.00
Amendment No. 2 June 23, 2015 Administrative Approval $49,742.00
Amendment No. 3 July 31, 2015 Administrative Approval $44,036.00
In the Original Contract, Exhibit"A", Scope of Services shall be amended as set forth in the attached Amendment
No.4, Exhibit"A".
In the Original Contract, Exhibit "A" shall be amended based on the modified scope of services in the attached
Amendment No. 4, Exhibit "A" for a fee not to exceed $25.000.00, for a total restated fee not to exceed
$1,798,720.00.
All other terms and conditions of the February 25, 2014 Contract for Professional Services between the City and
Consultant, and of any amendments to that contract,which are not specifically addressed herein shall remain in full
force and effect.

Dear Phil:
AGICM's Amendment no.4 is being submitted to extend our contract services from May 1 thru the completion
of the project and currently have one (1) inspector conducting inspections for the City of Corpus Christi for the
remaining "close out of pipe" duration of the Project. A brief history of the project was submitted with
Amendment 3.
AGICM respectfully requesting the consideration of Amendment 4 in the estimated amount of$25,000(186 man-
hours).
