L. APPEAL
Motion to uphold the decision of the Building Standards Board to require
the owner of the Old Nueces County Courthouse at 1111 N. Mesquite to secure
a permit and start repairs or demolition of the building within 120 days.
Should repairs begin, an additional year be allowed to complete repairs to
City Code standards.
