2. City Council Travel Policy - Motion to equally divide among 8 Council
Members the approved annual operational travel line item in the City
Council Budget; each Council Member to determine the necessity for and
benefits to be derived from travel or business related charges such as
luncheon/banquet charges, subscriptions to periodicals/publications and
individual membership dues to associations, leagues, etc. that will benefit
the Member in conduct of City business and business related meeting
expenses and allowing reimbursement for spouse travel within the allocated
amount.
