Service Agreement No.: SAI2-030 Amendment No.: 3 Date:June 25. 2015
The CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS, hereinafter referred to as the City, and Serco
Inc., hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, do hereby make and enter into this
Amendment which, together with the Contract and all other duly executed amendments,
constitutes the entire agreement under the above-referenced Service Agreement between
the City and the Contractor.
The contract is hereby extended for an additional six-month period. New
effective dates are March 1, 2015 through August 31, 2015. The awarded
amount for this period will be $58,663.
It.
After the six-month period stated above, the contract will automatically
continue from September 1, 2015 through August 31, 2016. The awarded
amount for this period will be $108,526.
Contractor and the City agree to and shall abide by all terms and conditions of the original
Contract and any amendments to that Contract, to the extent they are not in conflict with
the terms of this Amendment.
