Project#E12105 Easement [Traffic Signalization and Control Equipment] THE STATE OF TEXAS § KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS: COUNTY OF NUECES § THAT the Riviera Council of Co-Owners("Grantor")of 4301 Ocean Drive,Corpus Christi,Texas 78412 in consideration of ONE DOLLAR($1.00)paid by the CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, a Texas municipal corporation and home-rule city (`Grantee"), whose address is 1201 Leopard Street,Corpus Christi,Nueces County,Texas 78401,the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has conveyed, and by these presents does convey to the Grantee, its successors and legal representatives,permitted assigns and franchisees,the free and uninterrupted use,liberty,privilege, and easement of going in, on, over, under and along a certain tract of land situated in Nueces County, Texas and being described as follows: The EASEMENT is described by metes and bounds on the attached and incorporated as "Exhibit A" and shown crosshatched and incorporated as "Exhibit B" (Premises). Together with the free ingress,egress and regress to and for the Grantee and its officers,employees, agents, representatives, contractors and franchisees, for the purposes of constructing, replacing, servicing, repairing, maintaining, inspecting, modifying, removing, and operating Traffic Signalization and Control equipment, improvements and appurtenances under, on and along said Premises. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD,ALL AND SINGULAR,the rights and privileges aforesaid to the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, its successors, and legal representatives, for the use as an EASEMENT and right-of-way for so long as used for such purpose,and if the use of said easement and right-of- way is ever abandoned, then the aforesaid rights and privileges cease.
