Home My WebLink AboutC2016-043 - 1/28/2016 - NA ORIGINAL CSI LEASING the power of experience FIRST AMENDMENT TO MASTER SMARTTRACK SCHEDULE 5-PD TO MASTER LEASE NO. 1880CCC This First Amendment to Master SmartTrack Schedule No. 5-PD to Master Lease No. 1880CCC, is dated January 7, 2016, and is between CSI LEASING, INC. ("Lessor") and CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI("Lessee"). The parties previously entered into Master SmartTrack Schedule No. 5-PD, Master Lease No. 1880CCC (the "Lease") for the lease of certain units of computer equipment ("Equipment"). Lessee wants to extend the installation date of Equipment Schedule Number 504-PD and remove Equipment Schedules on the Lease. In consideration of the foregoing and the promises and covenants contained in this First Amendment,the parties agree to amend the Lease on the terms and conditions set forth below: 1. The Installation Period of Equipment Schedule Number 504-PD is extended through December 31, 2015. Accordingly, the 48 month Initial Term will start January 1, 2016 and expire December 31,2019. 2. In paragraph 1, "November 1, 2015" is changed to "December 31, 2015". In paragraph 5 c),"October 31,2015" is changed to"December 31,2015". 3. Because Lessee has not ordered any Equipment during the relevant Installation Periods, Equipment Schedules Nos. 501-PD, 502-PD,and 503-PD shall be deleted from section 2 of the Lease. 4. All other terms and conditions of the Lease remain unchanged and in full force and effect. The parties have executed this First Amendment to Master SmartTrack Schedule No. 5-PD, Master Lease No. 1880CCC, as of the date set forth below.
