AMENDMENT NO. 1
CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
The City of Corpus Christi, Texas, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation("City")and Transmap Corporation
("Consultant"), agree to the following amendments to the Contract for Professional Services for Automated
Pavement Condition Index Survey(Proiect No. E15194):
Original Contract September 29, 2015 Motion No. 2015-116 $372,125.70
In the Original Contract, Exhibit"A", Section I. Scope of Services shall be amended as set forth in the attached
Amendment No. 1, Exhibit"A".
In the Original Contract, Section III shall be amended based on the modified scope of services in the attached
Amendment No. 1, Exhibit"A"for a fee not to exceed $0.00, for a total restated fee not to exceed $372,125.70.
All other terms and conditions of the September 29,2015 Contract for Professional Services between the City and
Consultant,and of any amendments to that contract,which are not specifically addressed herein shall remain in full
force and effect.

RE: Automated Pavement Condition Index Survey, Project No. E15194
Mr. Edmonds:
Please find a final revised fee schedule for the Automated Pavement Condition Index Survey
contract, Project No. E15194, attached. The final approved addendum is called "Original &
Amendment 1 Fee Schedule" and, as of the date of this letter, is approved by Transmap. The
following items are the reasons for the addendum:
• The City requested that Transmap survey an additional 426 centerline miles of roadway. This
request impacted both Base Bid Items.
• The City updated the assets they want to extract in Base Bid Item 2.
The updated fee schedule, "Original & Amendment 1 Fee Schedule", that is attached to this letter,
did not impact the original fee schedule. The final price remains unchanged. Please approve and
return to Transmap via PDF/email.
